Here, the menu complements the artisanal wines and craft beers curated by owner and sommelier David Lynch.Chef Bill Niles creates inventive California specialties, incorporating a range of flavors and spices from across the world. The bone marrow with pickled onions, smoked chili and toast is highly recommended. As are decadent mains like the ham chop with green apple, braised collards, honey, and spoonbread as well as the vinegar braised pork with potato chips and dressed mustard greens delight.
